After confirmation of payment and availability of the desired product, the order shipment will be completed within five (5) business days, except for Azores and Madeira which could be up to seven (7) business days. You have 15 days, after receiving the product, to return it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Every item is carefully selected and authenticated by our experts. We do not accept products that are counterfeit, and we put all our effort in the correct authentication of the products. However, if a counterfeit item is sold accidently, we assure that the buyer is refunded with the total amount of the purchase (including the shipping costs).
