In case of purchase, after confirmation of payment and availability of the desired product, the order shipment will be completed within five (5) business days, except for Azores and Madeira which could be up to seven (7) business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
We do not work with exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the items that are purchased you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must fill the returns form that you can find here. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs in case of return are paid by the customer.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded, in the shortest possible time and up to 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of return of the product, by bank transfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
